Photo Gallery | Heavy rains cause drainage backup
Heavy rain Sunday morning caused a drainage backup in East Memphis.
Hours after the storm the intersection of Brierview Street and Brierglen Avenue were still flooded.
Residents along the street called Action News Five to report the flooding.
They said they're fed up because they've reported this overflow to the city in the past but the problem persists.
