A very large construction crane will make its way through Germantown Monday, June 13.  The oversized load will enter the city around 10:30am to be delivered to the Wolf River Boulevard extension construction site near the intersection of Wolf River and Farmington.  The oversized load will originate from downtown Memphis.  The crane will have a police escort as it travels along the north loop of I-240 and then east on I-40.  The caravan will enter Germantown traveling south on Germantown Road, turn east on Wolf River, turn south on Kimbrough, then east on Farmington to the east end of the Wolf River Boulevard construction project.  Traffic delays are expected.  The load will make wide right turns at intersections.  On-street parking along Kimbrough and Farmington is discouraged Monday morning.
