Neon Spring Fling Zumba Master Class

Every year, people seem to forget about their New Year’s Resolutions for improving their health.

Now it's time to get your neon gear ready for a great spring event (13 and up) that is focused on fitness!

The Neon Spring Fling Zumba® Master Class will “re-awaken” the interest of Memphians (in all communities) and help them achieve their goals and improve their overall health.  The event will be held the Rumba Room, 303 South Main in Memphis.  Doors will open at 6pm. The event runs from 6:30-8pm.

A number of health benefits will be gained from two hours of non-stop aerobic activity and dance.  The event will also serve as a cultural exchange for Memphis.  People from all across the Mid-South will meet under one roof to enjoy an internationally themed event.  Everyone is asked to bring their brightest, most neon colored gear.

Wheelin' & Dealin' at the Derby

Memphis Roller Derby is back in action at the Fairgrounds Pipkin Building with a College Night doubleheader on Saturday, February 18th.

The all-women's league flies around a flat track in a fast & furious (and sometimes very physical!) competition.

Fans get a treat as an intra-league contest follows the opener.

The first bout starts at 6:00 p.m.  For ticket info & more, check out the Memphis Roller Derby Website
