Scorecard-featured chef to host Garden to Table dinner | Events
His menu changes five to six times a year to keep in step with Mid-South farms and seasonal foods.
Ryan Trimm, executive chef and owner of Sweet Grass/Next Door and Southward Fare & Libations, will prepare the meal at the Dixon Gallery & Gardens Garden To Table Dinner, Friday, Sept. 27, starting at 6 p.m., 4339 Park Ave.
"The Garden to Table Dinner series began last year as a way to promote the creativity of up and coming chefs with the splendor and ambiance of the Dixon gardens," said Carolyn Fly, Dixon Gallery & Gardens' communications associate. "The Garden to Table Dinner will be held at the Hughes Terrace at the Dixon Gallery and Gardens and promises to be a special experience for those who truly appreciate fine food, wine, and good company."
The dinner's proceeds will benefit Dixon's educational programs.
