Late night shooting on Walthal Circle | Crime

Memphis police are investigating a shooting on Walthal Circle. The call came in around 10:30 p.m. on Wednesday, October 26, as multibple parties shot. When police arrived, they  found one victim shot twice in the upper thigh area. It was unclear whether other victims were involved.

The 24-year-old victim told police he was sitting outside a home in the 1000 block of Walthal Circle with friends when some approached them and fired several shots.

The victim was hit twice and taken to the MED in crititcal condition. The MPD has a suspect in mind, but as of this weekend had nobody in custody.
