Looking to get rid of extra candy from Halloween?

Pediatric Dentist Dr. Michael Blen is hosting a fundraiser with candy, the  Fifth Annual Loot for the Troops.  It is being held at his office on Thursday, Nov. 1st from 2:00 to 5:00pm.  The office is located at 6363 Poplar Ave, Suite 110.

Children (under 14 years of age) are invited to bring their unwanted and excess Halloween candy for his office  to ship to our troops stationd overseas.

For each pound of candy donated, your child will receive one raffle ticket for a chance to win fantastic prizes including a Sonicare for Kids (Maximum tickets per child: 5).

This year's grand prize is a Playstation Vita.

Each child will receive a goodie bag, and parents are also eligible to win door prizes donated by our generous sponsors. Dr. Blen hopes to collect  1,000 lbs of candy, beating the 500lbs that he and his staff collected last year.
